As the sun sets in the Southwest Sky, the horizon grants the final gift of the day--a glorious burst of color that reflects the powerful dynamics and beauty of the American West. As the air stands calm the Red Rocks stand as imposing silent sentinels eternally standing watch over some of the most sacred land on earth. Painted Desert Pottery is an exceptionally hand crafted design and sculpted work--on red earth clay. Each piece individually hand carved by members of the Navajo Indian Nation reflect the awesome and powerful beauty of our land. Many of the rock formations created on the pottery mirror the images of our vistas. The impeccable design work demonstrates in geometric fashion our symbols for nature--the wind, the rain, the mountains, water and life. Each piece of Painted Desert Pottery beckons the search for nature and peace in us all.

This collection is internally glazed, and will hold water.
Exterior surfaces are finished with sealer. This pottery can be dusted and then cleaned with a damp cloth.
Do not use strong abrasive cleaners. Do no use in dish washers.
