"How to" Training

The Wichita Area Builders Assoc., Wichita Board of Realtors, and Wichita Assoc. of Mortgage Bankers in association with ENERGYpro, a home energy rating test company are sponsoring a Training program January 29th, 1997 at the Wichita Art Museum, Wichita KS.

The program is designed for Builder/Developers, Real Estate Pros and Mortgage Lending Personnel.

The one day seminar classes include; ENERGY EFFICIENT FINANCING Training for Lenders; ENERGY EFFICIENT MORTGAGES Client Pleasers & Money Makers, for Realtors; and BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS Making Dollars & $ense with Model Code and Energy Ratings.

Promoting EEMs

One of the primary focuses of the Friday Report and The Wright Energy Co. website, located at http://WrightEnergy.com is to promote Energy Efficient Mortgages and Energy Rated Homes systems. If you have web access please take the time to look our site over to get an idea for a direction to take. We are interested in your feedback.

If you are a lender or are attached to EEM programs in any way please get your contact information to us pronto so we can add you to this list. This especially holds true for Weatherization Contractors and installation people.

Our plan is to keep promoting EEMs, provide contacts, and develop a consortium of top contractors around the country who will provide quality services.

Moving to Email

We hope to make a move from faxing to email distribution of the Friday Report by late next Summer. To provide better service this transition will be gradual but hopefully complete by the end of the year.

If you would, please help by sending us your email address via fax or email so we can start compiling the list. A few of you have already done so but please do this again because I was temporarily disorganized!

Those of you who do not yet have Internet or Email Access please look into it. It is easier and more productive than you think.
